Ben Toro he made an excellent assessment of our needs and possible options, and he thoroughly answered all our questions -Ben also speaks Spanish, which is a great asset and I great way to communicate when we didn't find the right word in English. The staff is very very professional, helpful and friendly: I ran into the manager in the parking lot and he knew my name! I strongly recommend doing business with them.

If you're looking for exceptional customer service, 802 Honda is the place to visit! I can't say enough wonderful things about "Dan" in the service department. This was our first time doing business with 802 Honda, but it won't be the last! Sometimes if you don't purchase your vehicle from the dealer, they don't treat you as well as their "new car" customers. This was not the case with Dan. He was so courteous, honest, respectful, and kind. Due to a miscommunication, (not of his doing) there was no charge for the work done on my daughters Honda Civic! Please don't fear dealer labor and service rates with 802 Honda. You won't be disappointed! They are amazing! Thank you again, Dan!
After many frustrating experiences, as I was just about to give up, I gave 802 Honda a try, and glad I did. I was beginning to think that all the dealerships were going to give me the same song and dance. Not 802 Honda. Christine was my contact. We did a lot of our transacting over the phone. I told her what I needed for a price and she worked hard to get it, staying in touch with me all the while. It was like a breath of fresh air. Even though they were just under and hour from my home, it was more than worth it.
